Meet Dr. Martin-Wegryn

Dr. Marisa Martin-Wegryn was born and raised in Colorado Springs and attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology along with a certificate in Native American and Indigenous Peoples Studies. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, where she was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society, and received the Community Impact & Advanced Clinical Training Award. Following dental school, she completed a General Practice Residency at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, where she received advanced training in restorative, surgical, periodontal, prosthodontic, and implant dentistry while caring for veterans with complex medical needs.

Dr. Marisa is passionate about providing evidence-based, patient-centered care tailored to each person's unique needs. She believes that oral health is an essential part of overall wellness. By building trusting relationships and taking time to educate her patients, she strives to help every individual feel confident in the decisions they make about their oral health. She is committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursues continuing education to stay current with advances in dentistry.

Outside the office, Dr. Marisa enjoys taking advantage of everything Colorado has to offer. She loves hiking, skiing, practicing yoga, baking, and spending time with family and friends in the mountains.
